Appalling service from Totalsports

6 weeks ago I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from Totalsports Diamond Pavillion Mall Kimberley and even paid the required ibt fee that they asked.Now after 3 weeks I went back to the shop to enquire about the the shoes and was told that it is still on the way and that I need to exercise patients.After 6 weeks I am being told that the shoes was never ordered and they don't know why I paid the required ibt fees.Never dealt with such *********** people.
