Antoneitte formated my phone

I bought a Samsung young 2 Galaxy on the 8th of June. The phone kept restarting it'self I took it back to Total sport sandton on the 15th of June of which they said I must come back on the 16th. When I got there on the 16th I was helped by Antoneitte who was very rude to two white customers before me, she kept speaking tswana/sotho so that they can't hear.when it was my turn she took my old phone (the one I was changing) and formated the phone before I got the chance to copy my contacts. When I asked her she screamed at me that I must not accuse her without proof. She made a scene till when her colleagues had to force her to the back of the store. I was left shocked and angry as I don't have my contact details anymore and no apology or whatsoever was offered
