Angry client for Total Sports

I went to total Sports at Carnival Mall and spoke to Kgomotso because I wanted to change the colour of the tracksuit I want, Kgomotso checked on their system and find our that the colour I want is at Chris Hani Mall Vosloorus. She told me to go to Tebogo nd I informed her that I will send my son, which I did. To my surprise when my son went at Chris Hani Mall Totalsport, they didn't have the size and colour they promised me. As a client m so angry and feel uncalled. How can they lie to me. Tebogo is saying Gomotso didn't inform her about what I want, but when Gomotso phoned overheard her talking to someone and explaining to the person of what I want. M so angry and will not go to Totalsport again.
