Amazing customer service!!!

I recently purchased a pair of Puma Driftcat BMW takkies for my dad as a Fathers Day gift. So happened that the size he wears was a cut smaller than usual so instead of using a 7,he needed an 8. All online stock was sold out in that size so i decided to go to the sandton branch to do a return. There was a bit of an issue due to the fact that even though i had the right box,the online store sent me a different shoe,which looked very similar to what i thought i was buying but it was slightly different. Without hesitation Sheebu and Bongani swopped the shoe for me for a size 8 and did not even make it an issue as is witnessed in 90% of customer service stories nowadays. They were friendly and so helpful and understanding. They definitly deserve a promotion or raise of some sort because customer service of this level is hard to come by these days!!! Thank u Sheebu and Bongani! My dad and i will be forever grateful for your help and making Fathers Day possible!
