Am I at fault?

So I went shopping at Totalsports and lost my card at the store, and I received a statement that someone used my card, I lodged a complain and they told me to do an affidavit and send my payment slip with, I did what they asked, since today my case hasn't been solved, and I'm about to finish paying. And i keep paying extra money.
