Always willing to go the extra mile.

<p>Was at Sportscene Zevenwacht mall. On the 10/07/2017. Looking for a All-Star ladies size 7. The guy there told me that ladies only goes till size 5. According to my knowledge it goes till size 8. He didnt look very helpful anyway. I left the store wanting to go to tekkie town. But ended up walking past Totalsports. Was greeted at the door by a guy. Very well groomed young man. (I overheard another staff member calling him JT or JP). He than asked me if he can help with anything. I than told him what im looking for. And about the guy at "Sportscene". He than apologised on their behalf. And asked a girl named Amber to look for a size 7 in ladies all star. She found one in Cape-Gate for me. The staff in this store is always friendly and willing to the extra mile for customers. Why cant other stores in TFG not do the same ? Well done to these store staff members. Hope their manager will be rewarding them for the splendid service they giving in this mall. Will always return to this store. Thanks guys. </p> <p> </p> <p>Auntie Rose</p>
