Additional Costs

So I visited your the Totalsports branch in Cresta to purchase a pair of sneakers. I had 4 gift cards with me totalling a value of R1050, the sneakers were at R1299 so in essence I had to pay a difference of R250. Due to the cashiers mistake, each time she swiped the gift card, she cut them up and disposed of them...only then did she realise that she had made a mistake...And there was no way of her charging the card manually...the manager tried to assist but she failed as well. I basically now had to pay an additional R600 on top of the initial R250. This mistake was not my fault and all I was offered was a 5 percent discount for the inconvenience. Really poor customer service which in essence was a financial loss to me.
