Abysmal customer service

Totalsports The Grove can certainly benefit from a bit of customer service training. Twice I've been into the store and staff are having conversations at maximum volume. Today one staff member was complaining about a customer in full earshot of everyone. Even when her colleague told her to quieten down she still continued. was so unpleasant I left without spending any money. Totally unprofessional and not customer focused at all.

I'll go to the Menlyn branch in future. The guys are great there.
