Absolutely Disgusting Demeaning Services from Management and Sales consultants

An adidas shoe was bought - advertised on the shelf for R999. Get to the counter , transaction for the shoe is approved only to see it was scanned through for R1399. Manager was consulted as to THEIR ERROR, and her response was a laughter and NO apology. The consumer act states that any product is to be sold as ADVERTISED! The sales consultant makes a joke of it then jokingly apologizes and says that they were busy re-arranging the shelf and there must have been an error with the sales assistant doing the shelf pricing. Unacceptable! This will be taken further , and if this is the service that TOTALSPORTS/ TFG want to be known for , it will be advertised over social media and every complaint avenue. TOTALSPORTS GARDEN ROUTE MALL !!!
