Absolute Incompetence – Fix My Account Immediately!

Subject: Absolutely Ridiculous Account Issue at Totalsports Cape Gate

Dear Totalsports Manager,

I am beyond frustrated with the ridiculous experience I had at your Totalsports Cape Gate store on [date]. I attempted to make a purchase using my account, only to be told I couldn’t because Totalsports owes me 0.11 cents. Seriously? This is the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard.

If I owed money on my account, I would be contacted and expected to settle it. But because you owe me a few cents, I suddenly can’t use my account? How does that make any sense? This is a complete joke, and quite frankly, a waste of my time.

I expect this issue to be fixed immediately so that I can use my account without any more nonsense. I also want an explanation as to why this happened in the first place.

Sort this out. Now.
