8 month pregnant and had to wait for total sport Ficksburg to assist when they feel like they should.

Am very angry and disappointed with the service I got from total sports in Ficksburg yesterday Saturday the 04 of September 2021, While they can see that am heavily pregnany ( 8 month pregnant and have never been treated like this in any shop, infact most ppl will even fetch me off the que and asked the ppl in the que to assist me first or offer a chair, not the same with total sport). I buy my 2 son s shoes only at this shop and I was so said that its the same ppl that will treat me like this.

I went to the store on Friday to buy a pair of shoes for my 2 boys at the store. When I get home the other pair was a bit small and decided to go exchange for the bigger size. When I got there the guy who assume is a manager or supervisor helped me with my quiry and got a new pair of shoes for my son, no problem. I continue and go que, when my turn come the lady who was assisting( she had no tag, so I don't know her name) I explained the story to her that I need to exchange for bigger size and she asked for the receipt, I told her that I don't have the receipt as on Friday when I bought there was a problem and had to rectify the receipt which the kept it with them, no problem. She then called the guy that I assumed was a manager to come and assist, the guy said the receipt will be in admin and he will go and look for it, no problem, I waited. The guy can back with the receipt and gave to lady who was busy with other clients. Then the guy then took the shoes and gave to the lady to assist me, the lady then proceeded to assist. I asked the lady what they needed for me to exchange and she said only the receipt, but when she was assisting she return the money aparantly to the card with no card but just the receipt but for me to get another pair she needed the card. I was now very tired and had to go and fetch my card so she can give me new shoes, after she explained with an attitude that with no card she won't assist me I decided to go and fetch my card which I thought was in the house but when I got to the car I fortunately found it, after minute or 2 I was back to the shop. The lady was now helping someone else so I stood by the side to wait for her to finish and told her that am back and got the card ( the lady now angry I think its because I said I don't have the card but now after a minute or so I have a card)/coz she kept referring to the fact that I said the card was in the house. When she finished helping the customer she then proceed with assisting the people in the que, I asked how she can do that while she knows I was there early and had to wait for them to look for the right shoe, had to look for the receipt and I had to go fetch the card, she kept referring to the fact that I had to go and fetch the card which I said was in the house. When she is done with everyone else she theme helped me, I was very angry tried to kept my calm. The guy who I assume is a supervisor/manager was around and not saying anything, I then asked him if that's how he work? He asked what happens and I explained even though I know he knows what happens. He then said you had to go and fetch the card and explained to him that but am back now do I need to go back to the que? And how do u treat a pregnant woman like that? He tried to explained and later on when he can see that I was about to cry he then apologies and I left. The lady never apologies.
