3 weeks Delivery?? Obserd!
The service was fantastic however... Taking 2 to 3 weeks for shoes is not! How can you advertise shoes and then never have stock? And then if you order the stock it takes 2 to 3 weeks??? Come on.. I've ordered goods from Capetown and it arrived in 3 days! Get your orders together. Even better stock your shelves! Stores never have sizes. If you advertise something why not stock it?? So dissatisfied with the fact I have yo wait 3 weeks for my shoes. Loosing paying customers because of this!

30 Apr 2021, 09:30Thank you. An Inter-Branch Transfer (IBT) can take 2-3 weeks as the item is being sourced from a different location. As stock varies between our branches, we do not guarantee that items will be in all stores. If an item is sourced from another branch it can take the stated time. We're sorry if the team in-store did not communicate this to you.
We have asked our Area Manager to look into the IBT at the store & provide an expected delivery date.
