Totally Solar East London service is pathetic

I got a quotation and had 3 solar geysers installed on my property a few years ago. I paid Totally Solar on time, in full, fulfilling my side of the the deal. Since then the outside casing/insulation of the geysers started warping from the heat and they geysers are becoming less and less effective. They don't retain the heat like they used to and this is costing me money. Last summer was the first summer when I had to switch the geysers on. This winter is the first winter where the usual timer setting isn't adequate enough. I contacted them about 4 months ago for a quote for an electrical solar system (still waiting for it) and I spoke to the guy who said that he would take it up with the office. Nothing happened and I phoned them again about 6 weeks later with the lady promising that they would follow up. Then about a month ago somebody from another company (in Pretoria I think) phoned my wife and said that he would maybe provide a blanket for the geysers. I think that this guy is the supplier of the geysers to Totally Solar. However as far as I am concerned, this is an issue between my and the supplier who was Totally Solar. Since then I haven't heard anything from them.
