Poor product

About 3 years ago I bought a geyser from Totally Solar in East London. From the word go I realised that the electrical backup was not effectively heating the water. I reported this and I was told that everything was in order. Since the beginning of this winter we have been struggling to get hot water especially when the weather temperature was low the previous day. I took this up with Totally Solar and they sent a technician who said there was nothing wrong with the geyser. Another technician was sent again but the nothing improved. It takes 48 hours the geyser electrical element to heat the water. Quite honestly I now regret buying this nonsense because these people cannot help me. I'm even considering buying a normal electricity geyser.
