Waste of time and money

Placed an order for workwear and T-shirts for my staff ... still waiting for my refund. Their communication is pathetic. I was told by Mr. R... from Online Orders that refunds will be done. Phoned again today and was told that their accounts department only opens on the 20th of Jan 2025??? Don't lie to Clients and not communicate with them
