🚨 WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM TOTALGUARD 🚨

Please be careful and avoid this company, they take payments, don’t deliver, and promise refunds but never follow through.

We placed and paid for an order with Totalguard (Ultratech Holdings Pty Ltd, Reg: ***) via their website www.totalguard.co.za and *** on 9 June 2025. The order was never delivered, and no communication was received until I started requesting feedback. I’ve been chasing a refund ever since.

Despite multiple promises from their representative “Annette” and several follow-ups, no refund has been issued as of 18 July 2025. My emails and phone calls (to *** and ***) are ignored. It appears this is how they operate their *****ulent scheme as many others have reported the same experience with identical excuses about port issues, delivery delays, refunds only being processed at certain times of the week or month. There is no assurance in dealing with this company, and I’ve come to believe they are operating *****ulently.

Their Facebook page is still active: facebook.com/TotalguardWorkwear and their website is still live, so please be aware. My next step is to log a case of ***** with the SAPS, and I hope that others will do the same.
