⭐ 1 Star - Very Disappointed with Total Guard

I ordered 50 reflective vests from Total Guard over a month ago, based on their promise of delivery within 7 to 10 working days. Not only did the items never arrive, but the lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. I've contacted customer service multiple times and was told a refund would be issued, but weeks have passed and I'm still waiting. This has caused major delays for my team and completely disrupted our operations. I expected better from a company that claims to be reliable. I won't be ordering from them again.
