Totalguard. What a joke!!

If you ever need safety equipment for your staff and you are considering buying from a reputable supplier then stay as far away from Totalguard. They have a professional looking website and buying online cannot be easier but then......... You wait and wait and wait some more until you think they lost your order. After phoning a few times you finally speak to someone that just give excuses and make empty promises. I bought 12 overhauls and after more than two weeks i started to phoning to find out what happened to them, They assured me that they will send all of them except one size they do not have. That would be two overhauls they would send later. I could live with that until i received the parcel from them today, Out of the 12 ordered i received 2! Now i have to phone again and listen to another 100 excuses and probably wait another 2 or more weeks!!! This company is very unprofessional and everyone should be very careful buying from them.
