Totalguard Safety Workwear not as good as it seems

I have ordered products from them, and the order was delivered wrong. One has to ask forever to receive an invoice from them. I would suggest sending the invoice upon payment, that's how we all do it. My experience as a customer is unanswered/listened voice notes to the manager. They don't seem to give AF what you think. I would also suggest disciplining the person responsible for packing and checking the boxes when they are packed for delivery. Either the person has a reading problem, or he/she has no interest in doing the job, or the person may not be fit for such a responsibility. 2 stars from me, sorry guys, its my honest opinion, i actually wanted to give 1. I cant be asking you forever to send me a Invoice, such simple things, and yet you fail to get it right. I wont be conducting business with you anymore
