Totalguard in Chapter 11 yet the website is still operational(?)

Stay away!! Seems all the previous comments are true and go back a couple of years. Ordered online, waited for 6 weeks and then received unlabelled articles, two thirds of the order and then Ruan Jacobs ex-communicated me. Went to the store in Pretoria and found a lock and chain on the door but the website is still in operation. Seems they are in Chapter 11
