TOTALGUARD - DO NOT USE !!!

I paid over R30,000 for an order and have had an extremely disappointing experience. Anja, the contact person, has failed to provide firm delivery timelines and has been unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no accountability or resolution. I strongly advise against using this supplier based on my experience. Would give them 0 stars if it was an options !! Unfortunately, the next step is legal.
