Extremely Disappointed – Paid R4,491.94 and Received Nothing

I made a payment of R4,491.94 to Total Guard for goods that were never delivered. I dealt directly with Ruan Jacobs, who has since ignored all my calls and messages.

It’s been [insert time, e.g., “weeks” or "over a month"] with no feedback, no refund, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable and ********.

I am currently taking this matter further and will be opening a case with the South African Police Service (SAPS) if I do not receive proper resolution.

Avoid this company at all costs.
