This Local is not Lekker

Wish I could give a 0 star review, this is the worst online company I've ever dealt with, so sorry I didn't do my homework on this one. After waiting a month for the order "We are having serious delays on our incoming stock due to issues at the Harbour." decided to cancel the order and request a refund, after no communication on when the refund will take place I needed to follow up again (communication is 0) only to be told that the refund is with Head Office and they only do refunds twice a month. How do companies/business' expect us to support local if this is the way they do business? Seriously!!!
