Poor service

Put in a big order for the 3rd year in a row. This time it took them 1 month to deliver after numerous phone calls from my side. Not all ordered arrived and requested a refund, needless to say, excuses upon excuses. From 5 December 2024 up until now no refund. Every time same story, will follow up with finance department. Never call back on any issues. Will not order from them again.
