Poor delivery

Wow day 5 after ordering 4 x Ob books and the package has still not even been shiped be prepaired to wait up to a week or longer for your goods if you order from this place, if i could give a 0 star i would but sadly the lowest is 1 star. poor custer service, will not order from here again orrdered on monday to day is friday never had this issue before with any other company its always same day or next day shipmet.
