Bad service

Hi guys having a really bad experience with order. Placed an online order 2025/02/02 Recieved order late and wrong items were in my order. I advised management and was told that my order will be rectified. Managent does not communicate timeously and till date my order has not been sorted. I lost my 1st client due to this.
