3 months, no items, no refund

Placed an order at the start of July for a few thousand Rands. My money was taken and that's all I heard from them. End of August after struggling to contact them, I got a hold of Ruan. He apologized and promised to jump on it. Few weeks later, still nothing. I follow up again only to be told my order has been delayed because their is no stock. This is despite me specifically only selecting items their website said was in stock. I waited again. Still nothing. So I follow up again, and get more empty promises. After searching for a bit, I managed to get a hold of the owner of the company. He also profusely apologized. I simply asked for a refund because I can't wait any longer. It's now been a couple weeks again. Still no items or refund. I have chase after them again.

Absolutely ridiculous that a business operates like this. I deeply regret not checking their reviews before placing my orders.
