2 months wait and still no actual progress

made a order November 30th 2024 got a update. Dec 1st that "our order is still in process, and we hope to have the order dispatched soon.".got told Dec 3rd "We are experiencing a delay with your order; we will be in touch with you regarding the issue and what we plan to do to have this resolved as soon as possible."told Dec 9th that their would be delays and that there will be a delay ad that they might not be able to deliver it before 2025. 17 jan i asked if they made any progress on the order as i haent receved updates i undertand dec no updates (holidays) but 17jan with no updates only to be told on 20jan that their suppliers did open up the week prier and that they have recived stock and that they expect to update me in a few days. ITS 30 jan 2 months and no updates im thinking this is becuse our company left a bad review and they are just trying to be petty. P.S if they try and strike it down again i have the emails again just for hellopeter to know incase they try to lie again.
