Worst Service and terrible turn around times

We booked Total Video Works and Sunil Rakuban to cover the videography and photography of our wedding in September 2013. Sunil's turn around time on his contract states 16 weeks to complete and deliver his all work undertaken.<br> to our horror, we only received our final completed wedding video's and photography In May 2015 after numerous calls, emails and even getting an attorney involved to get our stuff.<br> He has a poor attitude, full of excuses and fails on every level to communicate with his clients.<br> I would strongly not recommend anyone to use his services unless you are prepared to chase after him for completed work which has been fully paid for and which may arrive 21 months later.<br> Sunil also failed to capture many important moments of the pre wedding functions and of the actual wedding.<br> Sunil also failed to carry out instructions in terms of photobook layout and handily did what he felt was appropriate despite us advising him of our wishes.
