You simply don't care

On 26/11/2015 I went to South Coast Total in Port Shepstone to fill Diesel in my BMW but the attendent put petrol instead. I discovered this after I had driven more 70 KM as a result my car was damaged. I spoke to Andre whom we met and he got my car towed to BMW so that it could be fixed. After receiving a quote of R110 000 from BMW I am now getting a run around and no one has answers for me. I have made Andre aware that I do not have a right leg and I use an artificial leg and without a car I am immobile. I went to his office yesterday and asked for a courtesy vehicle whilst they are still sorting their insurance out. Is it really too hard to understand that by demaging my car you are ruining my life because a car is a necessity for me? Is it really too much to ask from a company that I have been supporting for all these years to help me with an alternative car when they have neglegently detroyed my own car? I am now sitting at home like a vegetable and you people don't care, I can't even get direct answers intead I was given the insurance contact numbers so that I can call them myself, how is that for good customer service. You are not treating me with dignity, I need a car!!
