Worst Service from Richwood station as well as online Customer Care

This was what i email the customer care: We stopped at the Total garage in Richwood on Saturday. Being a woman, my friend and I required a bathroom break. When we got to the toilets the attendants were busy dealing out small cups with liquid in through the bathroom window to the attendants. When we asked to use the rest room they refused to let us in. I went into the store to inform them of this, the two men behind the counter were not helpful at all. He supp**** me with a slip of the office number because there was no manager on duty. I called the number ********** from a recorded line, spoke to Gertie who informed me she will find out who the attendants were and get someone to call me back. No one has called me back even to explain "what looked like smuggling" happening in the bathrooms. Horrible service was received at this store and there is not even a manager on duty to attend to clients.

To which they rep**** only with that we swore at the attendants who apparently did inform us the toilet can only be used by one person. How could they tell us all that while they were so busy with being in the freaking bathroom passing stuff back and forth. No sorry for the bad service, another story was told and too date no manager from either side has contacted us for the terrible experience we had at that garage. The manager on site was non existent or either well aware of what was going on but it seems they just dont care about service. Never will i use Total garage again as well as mention my terrible service to all I know who uses total.
