Worst service ever.

Got the worst service ONCE AGAIN from one particular gentlemen at the till point. My girlfriend and son was in the store at the garage buying something at the till point from this gentlemen and it was there where he threw the stuff on the till point for as like she was some kind of dog. I will not tolerate this as i stood up for her and confronted him,this is no way to treat a customer no matter what the reason is! I want something to be done accordingly please. It is not the first time this guy has such bad customer service. Customer service counts and from this gentlemen theres no sign of it at all. As we walked away he laughed with other fellow men in the store as if it was a joke. I couldn't get his name because i was too livid during the incident. He is behind the till most of the time and as from what i understand he is the only guy working at the till point. I would rather go to the furthest garage just for better service!!
