Worst service

<p>So my brother fetches me from the hospital after my son got discharged and we gets to total garage Tzaneen just next to Tzaneen medi clinic and parks and wait to be assisted at filling station no 8 if am not mistaken and no one comes to assist us for about 10 minutes and as we wait hoping to still get assisted, another car drives through to station 9 and some petrol assistant walks over to him and start helping him instead of helping us and merely because the he is driving a bigger car to ours, a silver Nissan Pathfinder and ours is just an I20 and obviously smaller and we don't look rich maybe. And for that Total lost a sale over an attendant who decides to descriminate over small to bigger cars instead of a 1st come 1st serve as I normally get served at petrol stations. Anyway we then went to fill up at a Sasol garage just across the road and didn't even wait for 2min and we were already served and drove off. I personally work for sales and services and I know how this should be done and believe We were unfairly treated at your petrol station and strongly believe something should be done for Total garage to not lose another client as I walked off, your attendants needs to know the importance of treating all your customers fairly no matter what.</p>
