Worse customer service ever :-(

Good evening

I Went to the total garage (pinecrest)to buy Airtim I've tried to recharge the airtime inside the garage but I failed the lady goes by the name of Slindile ndlovu told me to wait with a big attitude after we tried to recharge airtime again I spend 20 minutes waiting,she gave me a terrible attitude again she said I can't give the refund what if the airtime appears after 20min.

I couldn't wait more than 20 minutes I left without my airtime refund.

I don't have a problem with my refund the problem is on Slindile Ndlovu's attitude.
