Wiicode incorrectly used

I went to total garage in Winchester Hills yesterday to use my wiicodes the cashier spoke to her superior who inturn asked her to test my wiicode for R50 by using. R10 and apparently the code can only be used once now I’m told my R40 balance is forfeited HOW IS THIS MY FAULT
