Where did my petrol go

Like for the first time ever am dissatisfied with the service of total and this really has me doubting to ever fill up at any total ever again in my life.. Went to total Cnr Ellisras and Warmbaths road thabazimbi to fill up my car. Asked the lady who was helping me she no name Tag but had a top on that was written trainee on it Asked for full tank. She then filled up my car and told me that it was full. I then asked her if she was sure because I never heard the airlock go of. She then told me they it's full she went as far as to show me that some of the pertrol on the floor that she spilled while filling my car. Petrol I paid for by the way. ...i switched on my car and drove off then one bar dropped in less then 5kms, I turned back and the lady came to me with someone who works with her. I explained then the guy said I must fill up and pay . I did that but still nothing happened. And they said it will come up later. Went home when I woke up to go to work another bar had gone down I have never had such problems with my car ever why must it start now.. Am angry and disappointed at total now I have to fill up my car again It was a waste of my time and money. When you call them they telling me to come back am like hours away
