They have now again opened for business after more than 6 months.

I was told by Total Ref # ISS 243730 that a sample would be taken and they would get back to me within 48 hours. I have now phoned daily, left messages and no one has returned my call. According to the call centre a sample has not as yet been taken.

Due to the problem being out of motoplan, I had to fit the bill at BMW and I want a refund from Total! I also have a sample of the Diesel and a full report from BMW.

No one from Total is getting back to me. When I want to speak to management I keep getting told everyone is busy! ...
