Want my key fixed

Total garage at Selby cost me my car keys today I'm driving with a key which is plastered with a black tape it's been 3 months. The petrol attendant took my key inside the kiosk don't for what my car keys came back broken into two when asked was given a lame explanation . Was very furious cause I knew the price to fix the key the guy continued to fix key saying it's nothing. I went on leave made a quotation from the lock smith not even the dealership took it back to advise the manager there Simon and his colleague how they told it's too much guy told me he won't pay instead he will find his own ppl to fix the key.

How is that happening I only went there to pour petrol and I end up being a victim my key is broken soon it will not read is it because I'm a woman then they are allowed to do the store manager told directly that the owner is not available for me imagine.

I want my key fixed I'm even panicking to go there cause these guys can do anything to get ride of me please help.
