Very very negative

I had a very very bad experience at Total Garage in Centane on the 29/06/2021 were my bakkie which is a petrol engine was poured Diesel I understand mistakes do happen but what happened next still is frustrating me. I walked back to the Garage to inform them that my bakkie cut off the lady who is a manager/owner went to tow my bakkie with her bakkie back to the service station where it slept over night to be fixed the next morning. I organized myself a left back to my in-laws the next day around 11h00AM 30/06/2021 I went to the garage to check on my bakkie on my arrival I saw 4Bush mechanics working on my bakkie I told the lady that I don't like what I see and even questioned her if would she those kind of guys to work on her vehicle I never got an answer I left very angry. About 2hours later I received a phone call from her telling me that she's on her way to Butterworth to buy a petrol pump and filter. Around 17h30 I went back to the garage to check for progress on my arrival I was the bakkie is ready and 30liters of fuel was put in. I decided to sleep over again in Centane because of time as I live in East London. The next day which was Thursday 1 July 2021, I drove back him with the bakkie and decided to drive via Bisho I noticed that my petrol gauge stopped working and the bakkie moments later cut off. I phoned the lady of the garage informing her what has happened she promised to call me back which which never happened I called a towed truck my bakkie was towed to King William's Town to a garage where it will be fixed. I had to hustle a way to Kidd's Beach where I live on Friday I sent an email to Total Garage customer care line and never got a response on Tuesday I called customer care line and spoke with a lady called Lebo I presented my case to her, I gave her the phone number of the lady I was communicating in Centane. Lebo called me back telling me that she can't find a Total Garage in Centane when she's looking in her sites I asked her what's going to happen next because the garages name is Total Garage she said there's nothing else she could do on her said. I googled another Total Garage toll free number where I got a lady that promised to get back at me, this morning I phoned the lady whom she gave another cell phone number which was not answered. I believe I am treated very unfairly even worse I paid about R5500 which also include towing for the repairs of my bakkie I have receipts for this and the reason for my bakkie to cut off was a result to what happened in Centane Total Garage. Please assist me Hello Peter we are paying customers to theirs service station and need to prioritized when such things happen.
