Unreasonably Slow Service

I waited 15mins for a pie that was ready but the attendants were busy doing kitchen work instead of doing a 5second job of taking the pie and handing it to me. What I didn't like even more is their attitude and one insisting that she asked if I've been helped or not when that's not true. Definitely never going to any Cafe Bonjour again if that's what I must go through.
