Unprofessional conduct by ur Petrol Station Manager @Tzaneen Lifestyle

I went to The garage on Monday 20th January 2019, i filled will R160 so that my car could go back to full tank as i was traveling to polokwane. I gave the Petrol attendant R170; 6XR20 & 1xR50, he checked all my tyres and everything. Only did i know that either i forgot or he forgot to give me R10.00 and receipt. Get me right, the attendant didnt rob me R10. What i wanted most was a receipt.

When I've noticed that i didn't take my change and slip i was approaching makgoebaskloof mountain.

I called a brother of mine to go to the garage to collect the slip n R10, bt he sent his colleague, and he was told i must come personally.

I requested my brother to go request tel number for the manager or the landline as the one on the internet is not going thru.

My brother was told that i must come to the garage myself.

Desperately so, the following day, i had to drive from Polokwane to tzaneen for me to get the slip. I requested to see the manager in charge, i told her i don't remember the attendant, i asked her to check footage for around 6.am to 7.00a.m.

The lady said she heard a staff member talking bwt the issue, and she thought they were joking.

I asked her, if i came to fill-up and short with R10.00 will they fill my car, she said NO!

That's where i noticed how important my R10 was, but it had to cost me 190km return trip for me to request my change and slip.

We exchanged numbers yesterday, 21/01/2020 Little did i know that the Petrol station manager is full of **** and attitude, unprofessional.

I called her, she never answered, when i get there in the morning i asked a petrol attendant to call her for me, she just ignored me, and went inside the store.

I called her and asked her politely that i want to talk to her, she said she's busy and she's not gonna go out n leave what she was doing. I told her my slip is also important.

She continued with checking her pumps after going out of the store and ignored me, i approached her, she just *******ed me, shouted at me and told me she's not gonna leave what she was doing cos of me, i must liv her do her job, mind u i had to drive to polokwane and be at work by 8.00.

With this kind of attitude of a manager, she jus show that she lacks customer service, she's full of attitude and her pride is jus ******* in a workplace.

I hate being treated like a full by someone who was supposed to, by examples, show how customers mean in business to her junior staff members.

That so called boss lady is the last person that i need to talk to cos she show me the kind of disrespectful & unprofessional person she is.

I need my matter to be attended to. Should this needs, to be attended by the Area Manager or anyone except that girl, let it be
