Unnecessary long wait

<p>Just stopped in at Total Petroport N3 Heidelberg and the ques were pretty long, but wasn't sure where the next station would be, so stopped in there. Cars were filled up with petrol, but instead of asking them to move forward for oil checks etc, they would take up the space at the pumps when someone else could have been served. Took us 30min to fill up. Management should maybe ensure that the process is a little more efficient to ensure that cars can get back on the road a bit quicker. Not a great experience.</p>
