Unhappy customer

Had a bad experience at one of ur stores on Saturday we walk into the store with daughter she saw a pair of Nike shoes she liked on display it was R750 we asked for a size 5 then the sales person no name tag brought a box from the back which displays R799 he even confirm it .we got the till and payed then we were about to walk out I checked the slip it was R849 then went back to dispute the cashier no name tag told us that prices go up .then she said she will have to refund I asked will u give me for that price displayed then the lady next to her by the name of Lizzy Phaswane then said that no she can't give me for that price I ask but the price displayed is not the price I have to pay n if the prices have gone up or down who fault is it if not changed on the boxes and display she rep****" the store" I then request to buy on that price she bluntly refuse as she was even operating the till to make a refund .she said there's no way she will have to refund having attitude we then took our money and walked out with dissatisfaction and angered by the lack of professionalism in that store Landross mare Polokwane.And also consumer right violation as the price u see is the price u pay or maybe it doesn't apply at fochini group
