Unfairly treated employees and short of payments

Hello peter, am a very concerned family member of a person who works at Daveyton Total service station. His been working there for over 2years now but have not been registered and never signed any contract, He works over 95 hours a week and gets payed by fourth night. The payment is always never been paid on full, as they deduct some unknown shortage money evey time before the pay date. The shortage will always be R500 or more, all the time! We even tried to get a loan but they told us that the payslip we have its not professional.. And the sad part is they all scared to take any action but all the employees are being treated the same way... Department of labour tried to come and solve the problem but they never came back with any solution or maybe any change happening regarding payments, If Peter could try find a way to help or Anyone reading this..please help the poor employees from this hell that they called a job..Thank u
