Unfair treatment

I came on the 14 June to buy a dagwood, whistle I was waiting for the order to be ready I requested for the bathroom. I was told that I needed to pay R5 to use the bathroom.

I immediately requested to speak to the manager, he came from the back office without a name tag on.

He did not greet however I continued and said what I wanted to say. The manager told me the same thing that the toilet costs R5, I then requested his name, he told me that the Popia Act does not allow him to give me his name.

The servise at steers is poor and the treatment i Received was very bad and the owner of the steers went on and reported my complaint to my Employer
