Earlier this year around end February, i went and through in some petrol and topped up my water.However, this resulted in my car suffering serious damages.Spilling over into me not being able to earn a salary, further resulting in my car being repossessed and further auctioned off as i could not earn an income to sustain the monthly installment. The owner of the Total garage at Highlands Village in Mitchell's Plain does not holder to an integrity about being a business man or being a good service provider. further more, i am extremely disappointed in Total SA, customer service as there Service Adviser informed me that they are not in a position to assist me with my compliant because i started a legal process. i cannot believe that a company with the stature of Total can allow a franchise to dictate to them, while they are damaging the good name of a well established company and brand like Total. I would also like to add this that i eventual got to speak to the HR personel representative of Total garage Highlands, but this happen coincidentally however he did say this to me that if he knew that i was related to a good friend of his, things would have turnout differently.
