Undermined by Total

@Total on the 13th of June 2019 I went to your service station in Atlas road to fill up a 20l can with diesel. I misplaced the receipt then went back on the 19-06-2019 to get a reprint I was then told by Khaya and Sisca(managers) that the dates where far apart to make it impossible for them to retrieve that information. Yesterday I called ***and spoke to Lebo who then told me that it is possible for me to get a reprint thus the service station in Atlas Road should be able to assist on that regard, by then I explained that I went to the service station with no luck she took my details and promised to get back to me. I did a follow-up call this afternoon and spoke to Ntombi who was kind enough to call the service station in question on my behalf then reverted back to me to explain that Khaya will give me a call shortly. Indeed Khaya called and very rudely demanded answers as to "who called in their office? Will the people that I called be able to assist me? " then hung up on me. Please advise if anyone can assist.
