Unbelievably rude
<p>I have never experienced such appalling behaviour. This morning i went to a Total garage in pinetown and was unbelievably disgusted. I get to an open pay and wait to be assisted but no one comes. A taxi then pulls up to the bay next to me and he is attended to with no hesitation. I question the attendant filling up the taxi how its possible that i haven't been attended to yet the taxi before me was attended to. That attendant asks the other attendant why he didn't attend to me. He goes to say that he didn't call me so thats why he didn't help. I couldn't believe the rudeness. Motivation Motors has rude staff. I will not be going there anytime soon. </p>

The owner did communicate requesting more information yet no response followed thereafter. I don't know whether he received the information or simply disregarded it as no further communication was received.
