Unbelievable management

Today I had to fill up, the place was busy and understaffed, the manager approached and very politely requested to help me, it was so refreshing to see the manager helping out his staff because they were busy, he did not shout, swear and rush his staff, he allowed them to work and helped them and me. This is a shining example of true leadership.<br> The manager's name was Edward, thank you Edward.
