"Totally the worse service I ever received @ Total service station" reminiscent of Donald Trump in his election debates!!!

On the 5th of Nov 2016 @ 08:45:23 I paid for a "mini valet" at the above mention "service station". My car was unfortunately not clean according to what was advertised. There was dirty papers and sand still visible in my car and foot prints of my toddler at the back of the passenger seat. The exterior black trim on my rear bumper was not done and I had to instruct the cleaner to do it as it was advertised in my package. Also there was still liquid in my cup holder. It was not busy that Moring as the filling station did not have petrol and had over enough staff to assist. The real bad serves comes from Total who only came back to me today on the 14th 9 days later. Obviously they do not find my patronage or my money important enough to get reply to my mail in the same week. Deon Hugo from total found it fit rather use sarcasm and verbal jousting alone with excuses as a resolve. He insisted that he wanted my phone number after I told him I choose to communicate via email only as I was in a meeting) All the info was supp**** in great detail with photos and a till slip. Therefore he should have stared the interaction with an apology and a way to rectify the obvious infringement done to me. Offering 1 free car wash is not a remedy after all they supposed to done that in the 1st place. It should have been a carwash and something extra to add value (even R50 free petrol for having to come out all the way there again and as a sign they value my patronage). He blamed his head office in Jhb and the floods (the flash floods only happen on the 9th FYI) everyone but himself and the staff who gave me the poor service. There for me accepting the offer would have been a fruitless exercise, rather an education in customer serves and that people are more important than cars. The competition has roughly the same products at the same prices, so it’s the excellent serves that separates them and creates loyal patrons. I’ve been using this carwash since I was a young man but Dion Hugo has and his insolence has made Total loose a customer. I will rather fill my car up at Shell Canal walk and pay more for their carwash. When a trainee accidently broke my petrol flap, not only did they replace it (which they should have done) they filled my tank up and gave a free carwash (I have the receipts to prove it). No that is value added serves and proper customer serves, correcting the wrong without excuses and starting the interaction with an apology. Customer protection act states I have the right to “good and honest serves and the right to privacy”. Dion Hugo violated my right in so many ways by his arrogance and lack of respect for patron’s wishes and his negative interaction.
